It is vital to receive as much information about potential employers from your agency. At Lollipop Childcare we provide as much information regarding potential employers as possible; this includes a Family Profile which helps you to understand the families 'personality' and working practices and Family References which are taken from previously employed nannies. Both of these services enable you to build an accurate picture of the family before attending an interview.

Ongoing support
Once we have placed you with a family we available for ongoing advise, guidance and support. If there is a problem we can act as a mediator with your new employer, mediation is always subtle, professionally and friendly.
We can also advice you on issues such as pay, career advice and help you meet other carers in your area.
