Profiling your family eliminates candidates from your interview list who are not suited to your type of family, your working practises or methods of childcare. Families are also given the opportunity to use there previous nannies or baby sitters as "referees" offering testimonials to potential employees, further ensuring suitability.
Ongoing Support and Advice
Even when you have found the perfect carer for your children there can be some issues that arise once that person starts work. Most issues, whilst they may seem major, are actually common and easily solved, we will therefore be able to offer you immediate advice and support. If problems persist we can act as mediator offering practical suggestions and support to both employer and employee.
